Project Management Fee Structure | |
Initial 1 hr. Free Consultation
This consultation will provide a rough budget cost for your home, based on an estimated
square footage price.
Preliminary Budget Estimate
This provides a detailed breakdown of all necessary and desired components for a home
from any plans available, as well as an estimated budget cost. For a small fee, the new
home owner can receive this detailed breakdown and carry out the project management
for their new home on their own. A sequential construction schedule and trade list can
also be purchased.
Level 3 Project Management
This will provide a detailed breakdown of a home, quotes from all trades required for
construction of a home and a construction schedule for information and use. This level
provides the home owner the necessary information to Project Manage the construction of
their own home.
Level 2 Project Management
The fee % will depend on location, traveling, etc. This level provides the same information
as Level 3, as well as written contracts between the owner and all trades required and
weekly on-site consultations with Meltech Building Services to review all construction
work, schedule, and other items involved.
Level 1 Project Management
The fee% will depend on location, traveling, etc. This level is a total Project Management
process, in which Meltech Building Services will oversee all aspects of the construction
process for the home owner. This includes written contracts, schedules, permits, ensuring
proper insurances coverage's, certificates and licenses are in place. Also, Meltech
Building Services will assist the home owner with submitting the proper paperwork
required for R-2000 certification and for government grants and rebates when building
Energy Efficient New Homes, etc. The Atlantic Home Warranty Program is also provided
with this Level.
